Dr. Peilun Vicky Chang earned her Doctor of Musical Arts at University of Cincinnati's Conservatory of Music. Prior to that, she earned her Master's in Music and Piano Pedagogy Certificate at the Manhattan School of Music, and her Bachelor's of Music at Fu-jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Vicky Chang teaches multiple courses at Erie County Community College, including Music for Healing, Fundamentals of Music, Beginning Piano, Enjoyment of Music, and Popular Music History.
Prior to that, she worked in Toronto, Canada at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
She is also the proud author of Organ in Taiwan and its Influence, published with University of Cincinnati.
