Dr. Peilun Vicky Chang earned her Doctor of Musical Arts at University of Cincinnati's Conservatory of Music. Prior to that, she earned her Master's in Music and Piano Pedagogy Certificate at the Manhattan School of Music, and her Bachelor's of Music at Fu-jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Vicky Chang is currently the choir director of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lancaster, NY.
Prior to that, she worked in Toronto, Canada at the Birch Cliff United Church.
